Prezi - Tutorial

What is Prezi?

Prezi is a tool for presenting ideas on a virtual board. This tool allows users to pan and zoom, and to size, rotate, or edit an object. The user places objects on a canvas and navigates between videos, images, texts and other presentation media. Frames allow grouping of presentation media together as a single presentation object. Participants can be invited to edit the Prezi presentation at a later time if they wish.

It is important to see if your computer has Adove Flash Player, because these presentations require this format. If your computer does not have it installed, you can easily download it from Adove’s website.

Why Use Prezi?

Not so long ago whenever anyone had to prepare a presentation, the ultimate choice was Power Point.  That tool was very popular and useful but it lacks of many helpful skills for instance, 3D imagery, pictures or videos can be inserted from Google or Youtube.

Prezi can be used in real time connection and can be used anywhere on the net. There are millions of reusable ideas that can be used and edit. All the presentations can be synchronized with iPod or iPhone.
